The Red Hen, an Italian-influenced American restaurant in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of DC, is known for its seasonal and creative dishes, welcoming space and cozy bar. But, in these pandemic days, with the restaurant closed except for pick-up and delivery, Chef Mike Friedman decided to create a series of pop-ups highlighting different regions that inspire his menu: Friuli Regatta, Apres Ski, Under the Tuscan Sun and Night in Paris.
